WTF APPAREL – SHIPPING POLICY

Every order that comes through WTF Apparel is treated with the same mindset as the people we represent — steady, disciplined, and mission-driven. Your gear is created with intention, and we ship it with the same level of respect.


1. Processing & Production Times

All WTF Apparel items are made to order through trusted production partners.
That means your gear is made specifically for you.

Typical production time: 2–7 business days, depending on demand, product type, and operational load.

We don’t rush quality. We don’t cut corners.
Your gear ships when it meets our standard — not before.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order is produced, it’s handed off to the carrier.

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Weather, holidays, customs, and carrier delays can impact timelines.
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s control — but we’re always here to help you track and troubleshoot.


3. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Carriers may take time to update their systems, so tracking may not show movement immediately.

If something looks off, reach out and we’ll check into it for you.


4. Incorrect Address

Brother, double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If the wrong address is entered:

  • We cannot replace or refund the item if it is delivered to that incorrect address

  • If the package is returned to us, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility

Accurate information keeps the mission moving.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We will support you in tracking down the issue, but:

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered

  • Lost or stolen packages cannot be refunded by WTF Apparel

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control

We will always guide you through carrier claims and next steps.


6. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.
This ensures faster delivery and efficient production.


7. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
These charges are not set or collected by WTF Apparel.
